Lindsay McClean

Principal

Lindsay has 30 years of experience in the chartered accountancy and business advisory sectors in the Otago/Southland region. Lindsay takes an innovative approach to business and accounting and is constantly looking at new systems, strategies and ventures that will benefit his clients. What Lindsay enjoys most about the Queenstown area is the variety of people and businesses he assists – from tourism, wine, movies, accommodation and retail, to trades and farming. One of his most interesting jobs was acting as receiver for the Kingston Flyer. Thijs Hubber

Senior Accountant

Thijs studied at The University of Canterbury and has been working in the accounting industry for 5 years. Thijs moved to Queenstown after the Christchurch earthquakes and has enjoyed working with local businesses and gaining a thorough understanding of new and existing business in the region.  He enjoys working on client business efficiency, processes and systems, as well as identifying opportunities so clients can achieve their business goals. Suzanne Gurnell

Senior Accountant

Suzanne’s working career began in the Banking Industry and after the completion of studies moved to a Chartered Accountants environment where she has 17 years experience. While originating from the North Island, she now joys being Queenstown based and in a job role that allows for the opportunity to both liaise with and assist her clients in business growth and knowledge. suzanne@mcclean.co.nz

Katrina Benecke

Accounts Manager

Katrina manages client accounts and will help you get set up and going with Xero accounting. She has a Diploma in Business Management and has experience managing her own small businesses in the past. She has lived in Queenstown since 1988, is a keen skier and tramper and loves the great outdoors. katrina@mcclean.co.nz
Rachel Taylor

Office Manager

Rachel is a long time local having lived in Queenstown for 32 years. She has worked in a HR/Customer service role at AJ Hackett Bungy for 10 years before opening and managing her own successful sunglasses business. Rachel enjoys Queenstown for its people, community spirit and the great outdoors. She enjoys snowboarding, running the trails and spending time on adventures with her family. rachel@mcclean.co.nz
